  Praying Friends represent a group of women who have a love and passion for prayer.  We are committed to traveling away from our fast paced lifestyles, demanding jobs and hectic schedules, just to dialogue with God.  Psalms 46:10 states, "Be still and know that I am thy God."  It is a fact that God honors the efforts of those who seek Him in prayer.  As we already have prayer lives at home, our time away for our Annual Prayer Retreat allow us to exclusively focus on God without distraction.  We seek Him for wisdom, guidance, direction and His presence.  Our main goal, when we get away, is just to pray and we are blessed tremendously!

 The Holy Spirit moved upon the women in prayer in a mighty way at the 2011 Prayer Retreat.  We  travelled by faith to exclusively seek and hear from our God and He met us there!
